• Conducted reverse engineering and comprehensive product analysis of an existing single-cylinder floor spring.
• Developed an innovative new design based on the analysis, ensuring adherence to EN standards.

Door Closer:

Steel Baluster:

• Designed a new steel baluster to meet specific business requirements, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
• Oversaw product validation at the supplier’s facility, ensuring quality and performance standards were met.

E-Chain for Priva-lite:

• Developed a new E-chain based on the customer requirement to use it more than 1m.
• Invention disclosure has been filled for this new design.

Testing Competency:

• Developed a test rig for Floor spring and Door closer based on the EN Standard.
• Developed a In House spider testing rig with the limited space available in 100KN UTM.
• Developed a custom test rig for Automatic sliding door.
• Standard Testing and validation based on the EN standards for Floor spring, Door Closer, Single axis hinge, Automatic sliding door.

Business Impact:

• Contributed on spider product launch by testing the spider in house.
• Contributed on Automatics product launch by testing, product study on supplier automatics.
• Contributed on Steel Baluster project by design, drafting and product validation

Single Cylinder Oil free Piston Validation:

• Assembly of compressor, Test Layout, Performance Testing, Temperature Mapping, Endurance Testing.

Self Cleaning Air Filter:

• Concept Design, Concept Validation,Prototyping, Assembly, Test Layout, Air Velocity Mapping, Design Improvement.

E - cycle:

• Motor and Battery Validation: Frame Design, Prototyping, Cycle Assembly, Range Test.

Sensor Housing for ADAS:
