• Experience on the Verizon migration from Tracfone Clarify to Oracle BRM (Oracle Billing and Revenue Management) was a key part of my professional growth. My role centered on developing and executing a structured testing strategy to ensure a seamless transition.

Key responsibilities

• My work focused on validating the core functionalities of the TAS/WEB and OBRM systems, which included:
• Customer and Subscription Management: Ensuring accurate handling of customer accounts and subscriptions.
• Product and Quote Management: Verifying the product catalog and the process of generating service quotes.
• Billing and Payments: Confirming correct billing, adjustments, and the processing of various payment methods.
• Rewards and Discounts: Validating the functionality of rewards programs, redemptions, and the application of discounts and refunds.
• End-to-End Integrations: I also validated the seamless integration with third-party applications like the Universal Tax Engine, CyberSource, and the Data Warehouse.
• Test Case Generation: I used Gemini AI to efficiently generate test cases and test steps based on client requirements, which significantly shortened the testing cycle.
• Automated Testing: I utilized Junit for BRM component testing to build robust test suites. This approach minimized manual regression testing, cutting down our testing effort by 80%.
• DevOps Collaboration: I collaborated closely with the DevOps team to integrate our automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. This initiative was highly successful, leading to a 50% reduction in critical bugs found in the production environment.

• ZAN Compute provides an intelligent building IoT platform with advanced sensing and machine learning. Cloud-based solution focusing on automating janitorial process.

Responsibilities

• Directed a team of 8 QA engineers responsible for testing an IOT platform, improving team productivity by 25% through targeted training and process optimization.
• Architected and implemented a hybrid automation framework using Selenium and TestNG, which reduced manual regression testing time by 70% and enabled overnight test execution.
• Established key quality metrics and dashboards to provide stakeholders with transparent reporting on test progress, defect trends, and release readiness.

• SASKTEL project is to create a new platform to support SaskTel’s existing and future wireless customers.

Responsibilities

• Led the end-to-end testing efforts for a major client-server application migration project, ensuring a seamless transition with zero critical post-launch issues.
• Developed and executed comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Mentored junior testers on automation best practices and complex SQL queries for data validation, enhancing the team’s overall technical capabilities.
• Managed the defect lifecycle using Jira, facilitating triage meetings with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Performed test execution, writing new test cases, Defects raising & verification and test set review for various devices.

• DCB-OBE is a maintenance and support project, and it has lot of scope for change requests in both prepaid and postpaid implementation.

Responsibilities

• Involved in analyzing and fixing maintenance tickets of postpaid and prepaid services.
• Involved in creating test scenarios and test steps for new change requests.
• Defect raising and tracking of the defects and ensured projects are delivered on date.
• Generated test plans, work instructions, and procedures from client requirements and industry standards.
• Examined and evaluated testing fixtures and procedures for appropriateness in the specific requirements.
