• Served as lead IT authority for multiple successful mergers and acquisitions, directing systems integration, infrastructure consolidation, and risk mitigation to ensure seamless business continuity.

• Authored and implemented District Cyber Security Policies enabling the district to be one of the first in the area to draft and enforce these policies and follow the NIST family of guidelines connected to EdLaw 2d.
