Detail-oriented Tech Service Advisor with strong customer service skills. Experienced in bike maintenance and diagnostics, committed to building trust and enhancing customer satisfaction.
At Trek Bicycle Company in Franklin, I was able to take my existing skills as a bike mechanic to the next level in a more professional and collaborative environment. Taking this step to learn from new peers in the industry has allowed me to excel at my job and better assist our greater Nashville Trek family. At Trek Franklin, I am the Tech Service Advisor, which means I take in bikes for service and write work orders. I love this position because it allows me to have face-to-face interactions with our customers and build trust as their personal advisor. In addition to my work as a Tech Service Advisor, I have been lucky enough to build skills in other areas of the shop, such as retail selling bikes and accessories, and even spending time in the back of the shop for some more labor-intensive mechanical work.
At Spinach Tiger Keto Bakery, I learned an immense amount about the science and precision required in an efficient workplace. I was not a part of an assembly line, rather I was able to diversify my skill set to work where I was needed. Whether it be baking, selling, or managing, I was a core part of my team and not just an employee, but a leader with a passion to learn.
As a service mechanic and diagnostics intake specialist at R.B.s Cyclery, I was responsible for taking in bikes, diagnosing problems, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction and trust. I was the front face of the company, which taught me a lot about retail and customer service. I built work orders, fixed a large array of problems, and learned a lot about the ins and outs of bike maintenance.
I began racing for my local team in 6th grade. While I was never the best from an early age, I fell in love with the sport and used that motivation to take my training to the next level. Through many years of hard work and dedication, I was able to win the Varsity State Championship title among many talented racers as a sophomore in high school, and doubled down with another Varsity win as a Junior. I now am fully focused on racing on the International stage, competing all over America, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
