• Handled Infotainment layout part mechanical design (Outer plastic body) activity which includes Cluster, Infotainment display, Center Bezel, Audio system & brackets and other parts and Packaging (Position) study. Interacting with internal team which are mount with infotainment system for clash updating and finalize the packaging feasibility. Preparation SOW and PDB as per variants & part level details to understand the project. Developing concepts of innovative product and creating 3D model by studying the packing and making proto for testing.
• Lead a new product development project of end to end process for Interior Trims plastic parts consist of A Pillar upper and lower, Arm rest and center Console. Getting the required inputs from clients, created concepts with multiple master section and mounting area and assembly sequences and after many iterations finalized product delivered with quality and manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead a new product development project of end to end process for Exterior Trims plastic parts consist of Fender, Front & Rear Bumper, Wheel Liner and lower, Driver Hand rest and center Console. Getting the required inputs from clients, created concepts with multiple master section and mounting area and assembly sequences and after many iterations finalized product delivered with quality and manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead a new product development project of end to end process for BIW consist of Side door, Closures, Side Door Panel. Getting the required inputs from clients, created concepts with multiple master section and mounting area and assembly sequences and after many iterations finalized product delivered with quality and manufacturing feasibility
• Lead a new product development project of end to end process for Door Panels & Wireless charger, Reverse engineering & Re-engineering of Steering Column, Door Handle & Thermostat Assembly. Getting the required inputs from clients, created concepts with multiple master section and mounting area and assembly sequences and after many iterations finalized product delivered with quality and manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead a benchmarking study of individual system level & part level study (BIW, Steering, Chassis, Breaks, Exterior & Interior Trims, Closures, Shells, Wheels, and Safety etc.) projects. Supported Teardown and BOM preparation, and management activities of project plan, estimation, delivery plan, Quality checklist and frequent project meeting and supported for cross functional team.
• Supported for VAVE for weight, cost and process reduction and different material usage for better quality with less cost to improve the process and reduce the cost.
• Supported for Costing team to arrive the manufacturing and material cost for the overall and individual part cost of the vehicle.
• Preparing assembly level and Sub-assembly level section drawings.
• Creation of section drawings in all the assembly sections and providing the part details with necessary details for better understanding.
• Giving the sectional wise data to understand the system better and rectify the errors.
• Let executive learn the process and improve their knowledge with the experimental level.
• Reverse & Re-engineering of entire Golf Cart Plastic body of Interior & Exterior.
