STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

• Handling overall responsibility in Direct tax (such as remittance, filing, providing certificates) and also ensure that TDS / TCS is deducted from payments made to vendors, contractors, goods & TCS on sales or scrap sales as per the compliance rules.
• Ensuring timely filing of TDS / TCS and monthly remittance to avoid penalties and maintain compliance with tax regulations along with reviewing books to ensure that all respective entries passed.
• Assisted for filing of company ITR and tax audit report.
• Assisted in preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and within specified due dates. Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.
• Assisted in preparation of annual GST return workings (GSTR-9) with all necessary details and reconciliations.

TREASURY

• Preparation of daily vendor payment list after verifying all approvals and ensuring that transactions get completed and sharing it to respective stakeholders (through UTR).
• Handling primary payment like RTGS & NEFT (automatically and manually) after validating the request from the respective stakeholders.
• Initiating Internal fund transfers, EB, internet payment manually as per request from stakeholders.
• Assisting for bank reconciliation activities.
• Passing of all Bank related entries like charges, statutory payments, fund transfers, etc.

• Preparing and filing the GST (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) on a monthly basis for around 40+ clients.
• Assisted in GST reconciliation of ITC, liability for preparation of annual filing (GSTR-9) report.
• Handled 100+ Individual ITR filing(ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3 & ITR-4).
• Assisted in Stock audit & Internal audit (including client visit) and provided manpower support in client place for accounting and book closure purpose.
• Handles administration works like petty cash management, front desk management, schedule interviews, document management, client coordination, onboarding assistance.
• Handled service invoice raising & collections, such as invoice issuance, invoice numbering, payment terms, invoice tracking, payment reminders & follow up, payment plans, documentation and reconciliation.
• Managed bookkeeping of the firm to record all the day to day transactions, sales, purchase, etc.
