Satellite (South Africa):

• Built robust Forecasting model (using prophet) that forecasts sales volume for M+1 month at terminal, grade and product level with an accuracy of 93%
• Built a Dashboard that provides insights on sales, stock level and pricing information by querying in data from SQL DB in Power BI. Also integrated Power apps and Power Automate to perform write-back feature and save custom reports respectively.

Integrated Inventory Optimization (USA/Global):

• Worked with Field planners, Supply chain Optimizers, Data engineers and several stakeholders to understand and extract the data required to prevent over utilization of safety stocks & heels by creating a database.
• Created several Alteryx Workflows that connects with the created Database to create key parameters which are then presented visually using Power BI that helped stakeholders to take decisions on inventory planning and demand forecasting which saved around 300 million USD
• Key PoC in implementing this project globally post the successful implementation in USA

Hydro-Carbon Deal Making (HCDM, Malaysia):

• Automated HCDM process end to end by eliminating manually created Excel reports using Alteryx, created additional parameters in Power BI to help stakeholders make a better deal while selling Hydro-Carbon products
• The time consumed in making the files is cut from 4 days to mere minutes and has already resulted in profit of 20 Million while making the deal with customers.
