I started as a cnc gun drill lathe operator and moved to 2nd shift to operate machine and get my Team Lead position roughly 2 years later, and I was also doing anything else that was required in order to keep everyone and everything in the building running smoothly(plumbing, working coworker related issue out, I was taught on how to work on their air compressors in case they ever go down i was able to fix and keep running parts and to work on their fuse box)

I started as a centerless grinder operator and was allowed to help my other co-workers from different departments when my workload was done. I have worked in the Quality department, CNC Lathe department, HAAS gundrilling, and Rollomatic department. As Rollomatic Set-Up Tech I set up machines and supervise them so they can keep on working making the adequate measurements of the drill.
