Accomplishments

Defended an airbase at an undisclosed location while deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Designed over 20 simulations for training, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises in accordance with training guidelines. Trained over 20 soldiers on how to operate the system as efficiently as possible. Teaching tactics, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting system software in critical situations. Trained ten commanding officers, including two unit commanders, one warrant officer, and several junior lieutenants on air battle management, system operations and functions, overseeing maintenance procedures, setting up radio frequency communications, making critical decisions in the defense of our asset, and overall functions of the system. Maintained accountability and maintenance on Air and Missile Defense and conventional equipment valued in excess of $2,000,000. Tasked with the upgrade and modernization of the engagement control station, which included over 300 hours learning and operating with PDB 8.0, removing every piece of equipment from inside the system, and eventually deploying the system to ensure each function operated and performed flawlessly. Became the first crew in 3rd BN 2nd ADA to certify to Air Battle Management Level 11 standards after PDB 8.0 Updates
