Also overseen the crew out the employees in the position needed for the shift and addressed in customer issues and resolved them. Also counted tills and entered sales into the computer

I was a operator on QSB furnace. I loaded raw glass into a furnace and the glass came out as tempered glass. I made adjustments on the computer or to moving parts on the line to keep the glass in spec. I inspected every piece and repaired any defects that could be repaired before being packed. Also had to do different test in the finished glass to make sure it was safe to being g put in the vehicles. As a operator I had to keep a log of different adjustments that were made or problems that I had or any kind of troubleshooting I did to try to fix the issue for the next shift or the engineers.
