• Leading the mechanical department & drive all the mechanical activity ,schedule,nonscheduled maintenance,pilot projects,modification & plant optimization.
• Managed essential documentation for maintenance activities to ensure compliances & facilitate future reference .
• Specialized in repair & turn key jobs for cement mills,screw compressors,conveyors.
• Project engineering & conceptualizing of new clinker grinding set up with the existing plant & a packing unit .
• Managing skill developments of team in both technical & soft skill to improve the efficiency .
• Tacking & ensuring 100% equipment availability for GGBS grinding .
• Optimizing the maintenance cost by adopting advance technique like Predictive maintenance,CBM,Establish a Proper Maintenance Strategy,RCFA strategy & by optimizing spare part inventory.
• Conducting internal audits for ensuring 100% compliances as per statutory laws.
• Preparation of SOP,JSA,SMP & other documents for every activity.

• Working as a Section in-charge of MHS & Rod MILL area of Gasifer plant .
• Conduct planned,unplanned & breakdown maintenance of Circular based stacker ,re-claimer,Belt conveyor,bag filter,Rod Mill ,PUMPS ,agitators & other auxiliary equipment.
• Prepare planning sheet,HITRA & other safety documents to conduct job safely .
• condition monitoring,oil sampling & follow lubrication schedule to keep the equipment healthy.
• Conduct WBI & LLF to track any abnormality in the equipment.
• Maintain necessary spares for to upkeep the healthiness of equipment & ensure 100% equipment availability.
• Coordinate with condition monitoring team to conduct vibration reading to trace any abnormalities for the critical equipment.
• Extend support to other departments during requirements to utilize the maximum in-house resources.
• Track the equipment MTBF,MTTR & Availability of the equipment.
• Create work order ,notification,maintain history through SAP to keep the equipment record in the system.
• Create PR and follow up with the purchase department for PO & material delivery with in the time frame.

Project Activities:

Role:Project Engineer

Period:Sept 2017-March 2020

• Green field project at JSWCL, JAJPUR with capacity of 1.2MTPA .

• Erection of Equipment like, Belt conveyor, reclaimer, stackers, Roller press, BRM (Ball race mill), SKS, Baghouse, chain & belt elevator, bag filter, pumps, compressors & all weighing equipment, DPC ID Fan-separator & all silo related equipment.

• Preparation of DPR to monitor daily progress.

• Supervise of 1000 MT steel fabrication & erection like duct, chutes, venting line & Steel Estimation ,PR & material follow up.

• manage procurement of consumables, special tools & tackles for smooth functioning of project work and maintain proper records in line with statutory requirements

• Commissioning of all equipment, alignment checking, lubrication of all the equipment, no load trail etc.

• Ensure statuary compliance as per safety laws ,adoption of good practices to maintain work site be safe .

Maintenance Activities:

Role:Maintenance Engineer

Period :April 2020-June 2022

• Worked as a Section In-charge of Cement mill ,Coal Mill & Utility section. • Carrying out work by inspection of all the equipment on a daily basis & preparation of report.

• Maintaining Lubrication schedule of all the equipment & carrying out oil analysis in frequent intervals.

• Carrying out preventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance. • Planning of regular spares, consumables, critical spares & monitor its consumption pattern & ensure proper allocation of budget.

• Ensure proper training, toolbox talk to the manpower to increase their efficiency.

• Analyzing the cause of the breakdown & ensuring proactive action not to reoccur the problem.

• Competent in RCFA, Paratoo chart analysis, Why-Why analysis etc. Optimization of Compressor & compressed air used to enhance the efficiency & specific power.

• Execute of condition monitoring & preventive maintenance program for critical equipment as per schedule;

• Preparation of documents for ISO certification from mechanical side. • Documentation of new Kaizens, departmental presentation, performance indicator/KPI for mechanical.
