Responsible for equipment and spares forecasting and managing minimum to carry out smooth execution
Responsible to manage and maintain all installation tools.
Carry out periodic maintenance of stock and check for expiry dates of shelf items.
Responsible to carry out all job brief and de-brief for all assigned jobs.
Review Installation and work over programs with the project manager and discuss the same with the service personnel.
Work shall be based on but not limited to pre-defined contracts and frameworks.
Focus on service quality and on time delivery of equipment and services.
Complete all field trainings and competency assessments.

• Supervised and performed 500+ ESP (electrical submersible pump) completions & commissioning’s in ADNOC & KOC (Kuwait oil company).
• Designing ESP Strings and surface PWS for various client applications.
• Assisting tear down of the ESP equipment’s, RCA and failure investigations.
• Trouble shooting & commissioning’s of power skids contains VSD (variable speed drive), RTU (remote terminal unit) panels, high voltage panels, air-conditioning units, HV power transformers (SUT & SDT) & other instrumentation panels. Megger & finding insulation resistance & winding resistance of power transformers (ranging 200 to 800 KVA).
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of surface drives and ensure that the connected devices are installed and functioning properly. Startup ESP and monitor voltages, amperage, frequency, torque, production rates, trip value settings.
• Planning & managing manpower for the field jobs, responsible to complete the job in safe, effective & efficient manner.
• Project scheduling based on equipment’s, tools, transportations & rotation schedules of different employees working under the same project.
• Managing inventories, tracking & rising purchase orders for required consumables & tools. Maintaining proper database, inventory of core equipment’s, tools & consumables.
• Managing & performing routine safety tasks to ensure proper PPE, maintaining proper JSA (job safety analysis), maintaining vehicle inspection list, planning for journey management, obtaining PTW form (permit to work) before conducting any job, conducting tool box talk & safety meeting with other service company employees involved in our job.
