• PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: As both department director level and sole proprietor, demonstrated experience and expertise related to the management and implementation of Comprehensive Plans, Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, and training programs for communities throughout Middle Tennessee.
