• Covering F&O clearing across EMEA (XMAT, XEEE, XSAF, XLME, IFEU, NDEX & IFLX) and US (XCME, XCBT, XNYM, XCEC, XMGE, IFUS & IFED) markets.
• Ensure all trades on T0 and T+ clear on time coordinating with brokers, traders, business units, technology, post trading team and reconciliation team.
• Work closely with traders, acting as desk support in terms of allocating all the done away trades as per the Recaps and highlight in case of any discrepancies to the internal business units along with the traders.
• Actively monitoring and processing any ad hoc queries from business units/traders.
• Ensure futures deliveries for particular products are processed manually according to clearing brokers prompt and keep business units updated.
• Ensure options expiry is in line with clearing brokers and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all B2B automated processes are completed as expected by collaborating with technology team.
• Process EOD T0 reconciliation and work with relative teams for resolution.
• Monitoring any new workflow/product/account and work with all stakeholders for a STP clearing flow.
• Ensure all Margins, rebates and interest are posted in ledger.
• Work along with technology, business representatives in testing any new scenarios/new product/clearing tool updates.

Initiatives:

• Worked closely with post trade team in permanently resolving the high value premium break caused due to systematic "split functionality" error in clearing tool, this has helped reduction in manual work and remove high value premium break on T+ for reconciliation team and business units.
• Edited existing macro database and enabled team to stop manually posting margins for all the missing/newly opened business accounts and use macro in loading cash for multiple accounts in one click, saved us time and reduction in manual effort & error.
• Worked with brokers, post trade team, traders in fixing execution/allocating setup which are causing clearing issue at the broker.
• Built checklists for a better risk management.
• Currently working on automating rebates posting.

Process:

• Worked across EMEA & ASIA Listed derivatives Markets - SGX, SAFEX, EUREX, ICE UK, EURONEXT, SA, Turkey, Russia, Greece, Italy (IDEM), Saudi Arabia, Warsaw, NASDAQ OMX and NORDPOOL.
• Ensure all LD trades are allocated on T0 and T+, for clients and proprietary.

• Configuration - Onboarded LD clients onto various trading platforms (Bloomberg, T.T), setting up trading limits and enabling products coordinating with compliance and other key stakeholders. Also supported internal and external trader registration on platforms like SGX, EUREX, CME.
• Corporate Action - Process internal corporate action in Ledger on the Stock options and Futures of the company that is subject to be impacted by CA on the effective date. Closely work with Client Service Team, Trading middle office, Product quality team, Ledger Tech and Exchange to provide errorless transition in Position held across Proprietary & Client.
• Worked as desk support for APAC traders and EMEA traders, placing/executing block trades for APAC traders on SGX and allocating voice/done away EMEA trades on behalf of traders coordinating with clients actively.

Team management:

• Fostering team's knowledge and encouraging operational
  efficiency. Delegating tasks, managing escalations, ad hoc
  queries and driving projects in collaboration with internal
  and external stakeholders.
• Periodically review staffing and process improvement requirements that are needed to achieve business objectives and successfully accomplished them.
