Anthony traveled to assist the Savannah Market (C2), and although he drove in on Saturday 01/18/25), he still made it out to help techs wrap up the last remaining new connects in the C2 area. Anthony has a fantastic attitude about him and is very team oriented. I am grateful for his help and I know he will continue to be an asset to this company.

Anthony was recently asked to visit NHC Kingsport and identify why residents were experiencing problems with their remote controls. Once on site, Anthony was able to quickly isolate the problem and went room to room to disable sleep mode on over 100 x newly installed World Boxes. In addition, Anthony took his time to answer questions and educate staff and residents on the proper use of the remote control. Since this is a retirement community, Anthony patience and professionalism reflect the best possible image of our company's core values. Great Job!
