Key Deliveries:

Phase 1: Oct 2022 – Dec 2023.

· Interacting with the end users, HOD’s and Preparing BPD, FRD and FDD documents according to the requirement for 5 countries.

· Preparing Demo environment and explaining to the end users and HOD’s and get acclimatized with the functionality.

· Working along with the Development and Testing team on the functional gaps for the areas of Development.

· Performed all the Standard configurations and Setup’s in different Legal Entities in different environments.

· Analyse functional issues and resolve as per SLA.

· Addressed the change requests on GL, AR, AP, Cash and Bank management, FA.

· Worked with group finance defining P2P business process and configuration of Accounts Payable (A/P) module.

· Worked in integrating the legacy system with D365 for O2C.

· Worked in configuration of Account Receivable (A/R) for intercompany.

· Conducting continuous analysis and as a result recommending action plans to enhance client experience.

· General Ledger (G/L) module, Chart of Accounts and Financial dimensions based on the requirement with the help of advanced accounting Structure.

· Configured financial/Management reporter as per the requirement.

· Configuration of project module for Investment & Internal project.

· Configuration of Asset leasing module for asset leasing.

· Building security requirement with customer and configuring in D365.

· Preparing the test scripts.

· Providing training sessions to end users.

Phase 2: June 2024 – till date.

· Implementing Inventory management, sales and AR by decommissioning the legacy systems, for 5 countries.

· Integration of web-based retail application.

· Integration of Cellular device-based application.

· Integration of sale capture through various sources.

· Integration of customer payment from Ayden payment system.

· Introducing the Treasury management system, which integrates with bank payables.

· OCR-VIA with Tungsten tool in progress.

· Configured sale as per the requirement.

· Conducting CRP sessions and UAT sessions and preparation of test scripts for UAT.

· Providing training sessions to end users.

Project 3 – Chemical pest manufacturing. (D365 F&O Upgrade from AX 2012)

Role - Senior Functional consultant

Duration – Jan 2022-July 2022

Key Deliveries:

· Interacting with the Customer and Preparing FRD and FDD documents according to the Client requirement in addition to AX 2012.

· Preparing Demo environment and explaining to the Client with regards to changes in UI and get acclimatized with the functionality.

· Worked along with the Development and Testing team on the functional gaps and upgraded customized objects for the areas of Development.

· Worked in identifying and configuring the BOM, Routes and operation as per the business requirement.

· Worked in cost management to calculate the automated overheads against production of material.

· Worked in environment configurations for UAT and production (GL, AP, AR, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and Marketing, inventory management, production control and product information management)

· Providing training sessions to end users.
