• Period: March 2020 – 2023
• Process and Achievements: Widget process is setting up mechanism for customer centric matching of pricing matching of products on fast track basis across EU, NA & JP regions which are costlier than amazon to make amazon best price competitive by setting up a feature on amazon website for capturing customer defects.
• We have received 72k customer defects per year and overall 235K defects are identified and made immediate matches are found for price matches The process is expanded to 16 Marketplaces after the initial success

Projects involved: Multiple ASIN

• Period: March 2021 – Present
• Process and Achievements: The process involves fetching the high selling value products, matches carry more than one suggestion for exact match for price competitiveness referred to as Multiple ASIN which cannot be consumed by manual HCs, so worked with tech team and with shared inputs set up automated matches.
• Overall we are able to add 1.3M new matches across all the regions in the amazon with the automated system.

Projects involved: Benchmarking process

• Period: March 2022 – 2024
• Process and Achievements: The project is to identify the defects in the price matches and removal if there is any, The bigger picture is to secure 100% clean matches for high selling products on the same day of matching. The process was successfully implemented with use of macro which was developed with my efforts using basic C program.
• Benchmarking macro for defect identification has reduced manual work time from 120 min to 5 min per head count and populated 100% accurate results.
