• Gathering the requirements from Product Owner and providing it to the technical team with functional design documents.
• Worked on TCH - RTP (Real time processing payment) project for FISERV.
• Writing User stories for every requirement and upload the same in JIRA.
• Works along with Tech team and provide points to each User story.
• Getting requirements, drafting PRD, designing new screens (mockups), preparing use cases and workflow process diagrams, handing over requirement to technical team and tracking the same till it gets deployed in prod.
• Make sure agile is followed and Conduct Scrum meeting. And also make sure that project is on track and raise flags.
• Participate in Sprint planning, Daily standup, Grooming session and Sprint retrospective.
• Being primary SPOC from organization side in any discussion related with new requirements worked with project owner.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Identifying new customer requirements and working with internal team to design solutions to those requirements.
• Identify the scope of the projects by working closely with the customers and stakeholders/senior management.
• Possess knowledge in creating functional specification with PRD.
• Involved in various activities like Product Analysis, Presales, Project Management & Project delivery.
• Product presentations and training's to client representatives and users. For client specific enhancements and translation into product-specific designs/ detailed Requirement Definitions/and Use Cases.
• Involved in UAT and Requirement signoff with stake holders.
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a work group.
• Highlighting risks and issues that could impact project/process. Performing testing for the features developed and making sure the functionalities and incorporated properly as expected.
