• Creating DFM documents and Vendor Development
• Due to expertise in adaptability and quick learning, top management assigned project-related activities such as creating presentations for quarterly business reviews with clients
• Handling multiple SPOC topics within Group.

• Responsible for product development of Automotive connectors - High power Connectors, Housing Connectors and Charge Inlets
• Developing models from conceptual inputs – Testing functions with SLA/3D printing parts as per USCAR standards
• Involved in modeling and drawing creation with GD&T for plastic components of connectors using UG-NX 11/CREO 6.0
• Implement DFM, DFA and DFC in design process.
• Generation of associative drawings for the requested parts with GD&T for plastic parts as per ASME Y14.5-2009
• Performing Tolerance study, scoop study & Terminal Wipe for Design Optimization.
• Performing stack-up analysis for High power Connectors
• Getting feedbacks from Tooling, FEA ,Mold flow & DFMA team and update models based on their requirement if product function allows and Implement DFM, DFA and DFC in design process
• Coordinate for FEA & MF study and with robustness and Design review team to release products in Teamcenter 10
• Providing Design Supports with the Global Team Members

Worked as TOOL DESIGN ENGINEER (Trainee) in L.G.B fine product division for a period of 6 months.
