• Involvement in the process of supplier nomination and selection based on audit results.
• Responsible for Part development activities with respect to APQP phases.
• Active participant in feasibility study, technical discussions and tool kick off.
• Monitoring of Development activities and improve supplier process during various trial (VRS1, VRS2, EL1, EL2, MDL & SOP).
• In process improvements at Supplier end through tooling, and fixtures for developing new parts and Products.
• Conducting PCPA Audits at Supplier ends to improve system and product Quality of Supplier.
• To support suppliers for resolving issue during development and regular supplying parts, for creating and sustaining process control standard.
• Responsible for explain the countermeasure reports to Assembly QA and Vehicle Inspection.
• Actively participate in Engineering changes and implements for cost saving in products by VA/VE analysis.
• Review and Approval of Supplier PPAP as per client requirements.

Projects Handled:

• Bumpers, Body Sill cladding, Fender cladding, Wheel liners, Engine cover, Charge port housing (2K molded), IP Fascia, Door panel, Pillar trim, Cooling module, Degassing tank, Brackets, HVAC hoses.
