· CVICU RN | July 2019 – December 2023

  • Served as Chair for the Unit Practice Council and a member of the Germantown Unit Practice council
  • Preceptor for new graduates and experienced nurses
  • Managed immediate post-op open heart surgical patients and monitored hemodynamic trends from PA catheters, CVP and Arterial lines.
  • Had the opportunity to get some experience with ECMO while caring for a COVID positive patient almost every shift I worked for 5 consecutive weeks. (I assisted in the bedside decannulation process and monitored the patient very closely for hemodynamic changes in the immediate decannulation period).
