Project: (Nokia Project XL AXIATA Indonesia)

• Perform Nokia remote integration support of gNB/eNB/NodeB/BTS of Nokia Airscale & Flexi BTS Platform using the BTS Site Manager/NetAct tool, including Software Updates files commissioning and Configuration parameters.
• Remotely support via BTS Site Manager/NetAct the conversion to Nokia AMOB Airscale using ASIA and ASIB System Module and ABIA & ABIO&ABIL Baseband Capacity Plugin Unit to RF Modules with different frequency bands (3500/2600/2100/1800/1900/900/800/700 ) the Alpha, Beta, Gamma or even up to Epsilon Delta and Zeta sectors for NR/ LTE/UMTS/GSM with RF sharing and Carrier Aggregation(CA).
• Configure adding new technology and Sectors and upgrade capacity for the existing Nokia Flexi BTS Platform and perform.
• Perform support on alarm clearing and troubleshooting such as VSWR, RX/TX Level Monitoring. Antenna! Line Failure, RET failure, External Alarms which includes High Temp, Door Alarm, External NSI, Rectifier Fail, LOCP via BTS Site Manager and check parameters & physical interconnection which includes the jumper cable. antenna, hybrid cables, SFP module’s.
• Integrating new sites via Net Act (NE INT WIZARD)
• 2G Creation in BSC,Successfully create 2G in BSC with XML & MML as per the defined standards
• Responsible for TDM to Packet Abis Sites Creation & Migration
• Responsible for BSC Level Parameter, License Installation & Modification
• LAC, RAC,MAL& BAL Creation in BSC
• Configuration of PCM Channels in BSC
• Configure Cell Network, Neighbouring Relations, and Location Area & Service Area
• Responsible for Allocation Dynamic Abis Pool for increasing the Data calls to increase the KPI.
• Configuration of TRX signals time slots& channels.
• Responsible for BTS parameters HOC, POC change in network.
• Coordination with RF & Transmission team for solving Coverage & Call drop related complaints from Major corporate.
• Responsible for NodeB level Power Parameter Change To increase the Throughput.
• Configuring RET,Successfully configure RET as per the defined standards,Ensure that all the necessary parameters are correctly configured,Complete the RET configuration within the specified time frame
• XML SCF Plan Creation for Configuration,Successfully create an XML plan for configuration as per the defined standards,Ensure that all the necessary parameters are included in the plan,Complete the XML plan creation within the specified time frame
• Conduct end-to-end test calls validation and lock/unlock cells for the non-emergency test call and verified logs requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate FE for the hardware and physical related integration/connection onsite

Project: Ericsson-Bharti Airtel Swap Project, Tamil Nadu

• Execution of field activities for improve the network performance
• Ensure the quality of new installation and feature upgradation, Resolving BTS alarms like VSWR/RSSI unbalanced alarm, GPS alarm etc., and support to the various teams for all the site related activities.
• Responsible for maximizing the availability of network and alarm clearance,New sites integration, sector addition,site survey
• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution
• Installation and Commissioning of Network Devices includes BTS, Microwave equipment’s,Configuring VLAN and E1 in Nodes
• Preventive Maintenance of all Equipment’s like BTS, MW equipment’s Installations and commissioning for NEC MW equipment’s like SDH & PDH.
• Misalignments in microwave equipment and frequency interference issue

• Diagnosing the operation, maintenance, and technical faults in BTS equipment’s
• Commissioning and Troubleshooting for all the Hardware related faults in the Samsung, ZTE, NSN equipment.
