Developed Direct Drive 24V Starter motor with “Over Cranking protection device” for CIL 6 Cylinder Engine & TML Engines.
Developed Direct Drive starter motor for “TAFE” and “MAHINDRA” tractors export market.
Developed DD and GRS starter motor for “Ashok Leyland” HINO H series engine for application of Buses.
Developed Direct Drive starter motor for 6 CYL commercial vehicles, which include KOEL DV16 & Cummins KTA19 Engine Genset.
Analyzing the failures of relays, which are tested under test specifications.
Gathering customer requirements and feedback for the projects.
Conducting system study of the product at the customer end.
Preparing Engineering reports.
Building and validating prototypes in field and simulated working conditions.
Analyzing and solving the failure modes in the validated samples.
Conducting various types of test in order to prove the product as per the customer requirements.
Benchmarking the competitor products for cost analysis.
Analyzing the warranty & field failures of starter motor and find out the root causes and implementing solutions to prevent failures.
Conducting cold crank test of starter motor fitted on engine at sub- zero temperature.
Conducting inching test of the starter motor fitted on the vehicle.
Conducted Road proving test of the starter motor.
Conducted Noise testing of the product at the customer end.
