  • Records Liaison: Worked with records and making sure that they are handled the correct way, anywhere from disposing to storing them.
  • Forms Coordinator for Transmission’s forms. Making sure all Transmission’s forms are up to date and have the right owner. Do an annual review of all TPS Forms. Help create new forms and change existing forms.
  • Procedure Administrator: Works on procedures and ensuring they were in the right template and format. I put the documents that other employees send to me into the procedure template and have them review the procedure. After they have reviewed the document, I send it out to be reviewed and concurred on. I will also put the procedure onto the Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
  • ECM: Worked with the ECM team to ensure the functions fits what Transmission want and need. Look up documents and drawings in ECM. Published and updated calculations into ECM. Published and issued drawings packages into ECM.
  • LMS: Uploaded training rosters, training forms, and training reports into LMS. Added training courses into LMS.
  • Red Books: Ensure the System Operator Red Books are in compliance with their NERC standards and all documents are up to date.
  • Assisted with ensuring that invoices can be reconciled before they get paid off.
  • Helped out with the Engineering Graduate Progression Program (EGPP) to ensure all training is correct and help schedule training courses.
  • Helped out with audit pep, like spreadsheets, presentations, and helping with the RSAWs.
  • Helped coordinate and update the Transmission’s Satellite Phones.
  • Responsible for drawings requests and X-Files from the Records Room. Check in and check out drawings from the Records Room. Organize and put back drawings checked in from our contractors.
  • Handles phone and MiFi’s for Transmission responsible for helping Transmission employees with managing their TVA phones and MiFi’s. Orders new/replacements and makes sure the service works on them. Goes through the lines to make sure we do not have any lines that are not in use.
  • Telemetry for Transmission works with Verizon and AT&T to make sure our sites have data services. I am the contact for Verizon and TVA, makes sure Verizon adds the service in a timely manner. I handle the invoices for Metering Services and Power Quality for AT&T.

  • Internship - worked for the general manager on spreadsheets, safety reports, power points, invoices. I also helped other people with pivot charts, pivot tables, work order budget details, business plans, and word documents, and procedures, checked COMM and P&C drawings, helped schedule training sessions, flow charts, worked with EDMS, and AutoCAD. I checked drawings for mistakes and helped correct them. I helped the Project Control Specialists. I ran errands for the employees and answer the phones for the general manager.
