o Handled rebar quantity estimate for major signature projects as "Sparrow / Eagle Intel semiconductor manufacturing plants (60,000 tons), Okan tower (20,000 tons) largest sky scraper in Miami, Titans stadium in Florida, more than 200 bridges in California transportation department etc.

o Handled 5 groups which consists of total 25 members in a team.

o Assign the tasks to them, continuous follow up, clearing technical doubts, monitoring the job progress is key role of this position.
o Delegate the QC work to team members, cross check them & final bid arrangements & generating reports is the last stage of estimating process.
o Required to calculate quantities of revisions, changes and extra to contract material for pricing.
o Ability to do analysis work and give value engineering ideas to PM.
o Written e-mail communication with clients directly for document confirmation, RFI raising, reports sending etc.
o Reporting to PM about project status, important updates every day.

o Well trained on quality control process in various angle and thumb rule checks for all type of projects.
o Co-ordination with detailer for quantity comparison between estimation and detailing numbers.
o Cross functional check, floor area ratio check, major weight finds out check, highlighted drawings checks are familiar.

o Gained technical knowledge in estimating large size buildings, towers, railway stations, airport terminal buildings, bridges, dams & other infrastructure projects. Some signature projects as “Inglewood football stadium, Sacramento BNR (largest waste water treatment plant in California).
o Parallelly got trained in QC works for subordinates works.
o Learned team collaboration and work bonding with sub-ordinates and superiors

o Good practical & domain knowledge of Rebar Estimator per US industry codes, imperial standards and criteria.
o Work independently in preparing professional error free estimation
o Working with engineering principles and basic technical responsibilities within the civil engineering discipline
o Estimated many signature projects. Apple headquarters in San Jose CA, Transbay transit center, CA. Etc.
