PROJECT 1: Automation of Employee Onboarding Process (HR)

• Documented the As-Is process for new hire onboarding, identifying 15 manual steps across the HR, IT, and Finance departments.
• Designed a to-be automated workflow using BPMN, proposing an RPA bot to handle data entry into the HRIS, Active Directory user creation, and hardware provisioning requests.

PROJECT 2: Invoice Processing Automation (Finance & Operations)

• Conducted stakeholder interviews with the accounts payable team to map the existing invoice processing workflow.

• Developed user stories and functional requirements, defining the scope and success criteria for the automation project.

• Analyzed and documented the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll, offboarding), identifying key areas for automation that led to a 30% reduction in manual administrative effort.
• Led the requirements gathering and implementation of Zoho Payroll and Workday HCM modules, serving as the key liaison between business users and technical vendors.
