Brandon Burnette

I help ensure that the process is running safely, correctly, and efficiently in my areas. I also deal with making decisions during upset conditions to help keep everything running as safely and smoothly as possible. As the alternate plant coordinator I fill in during the plant coordinators absences. During this time I make decisions needed to keep the plant running safely as well as making sure the products going out are correct and in spec.

• Provide support and leadership guidance to the team, so that they are able to work safely and produce quality products. Help the team to achieve goals and targets to satisfy both the company and the customer.

• Perform quality checks of parts that are being produced off of the lines in house.
• Resource: Perform tool changes, quality checks, and support the line.

• My job as a squad leader and vehicle commander are to ensure that the men who I’m in command of, as well as our vehicles are ready for any mission or task that we are asked to do.

• To take care of walk-in customers, as well as, phone orders and shipments to and from the store.
