• Serves as the VA Liaison for the Operation Stand Down Grant & Per Diem program as well as their Aftercare and 3 Service Centers for homeless Veterans.
• Provides oversight and guidance for the Grant & Per Diem program to ensure that the Veterans in the program are successfully discharged to permanent housing.
