- Executing a techno-functional role specialized in providing governance guidance and advisory support to IAM operations and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with Group Cyber Security frameworks and tools, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Worked closely with the Policy Team to refresh the IAM Standards in alignment with the CRI and NIST Frameworks and standards.
- Created processes and SOPs covering Joiner, Mover, Leaver, TAM, PAM, Dormant, Orphan, and Recertification; additionally, perform annual recertification of these documents.
- Introduced metrics and reports to monitor control effectiveness, and established thresholds to mitigate risks.
- With the help of the reporting team, I was able to develop multiple dashboards for quick insights into metrics and controls.
- Led risk and control initiatives, along with the Service and Risk functions, to address IAM-related gaps by providing solutions aligned with policies and standards.
- Managed a $10M project to accomplish Service Account Recertification automation, creating process frameworks, risk metrics, and a risk-based recertification model.
- Additionally, I worked on other Cyber Security initiatives for German regulatory recertification, aligning with Germany’s regulatory requirements, group data sovereignty, etc.
