Caitlyn Benton

While in the service industry, I implemented effective service structures with thoughtful organization. Was an efficient house manager and facilitator of rapid table turnover, boosting volume, and increasing sales opportunities. By holding multiple positions within the industry, I displayed growth by getting promoted and building on what I had accomplished in my previous roles. Additionally, my time as an intern taught me to develop stronger problem-solving skills, to always be eager to learn more, to grow my knowledge in the field, and to develop collaborating skills when assisting in thesis research.
