In that role, I enhanced customer service and played a crucial part in driving innovative product development. My strong research skills and ability to work effectively in a team consistently led to the successful completion of projects that exceeded quality expectations, highlighting my problem-solving abilities and adaptability. These valuable skills have been utilized throughout my education at The Blackbird Academy's Studio Engineering program and are currently being applied in my enrollment in The Blackbird Academy's Live Sound Engineering program.
