  • Established emergency safety policies and implementation plans for all school community members, organizing practice drills including active shooter, fire, and severe weather drills and developing state compliance reports
  • Coordinated development and dissemination of master class schedule and individual student schedules as necessary, accommodating for specials events such as pep rallies and school seminars;
  • Operationalized 20 annual school-wide testing deployments including the acquisition and confirmation of requisite credentials and the receipt, distribution, collection, and return of secure test materials, complying with state law;
  • Managed school event coordination including scheduling transportation as necessary, acquiring requisite material, securing parental authorization, coordinating volunteers, and developing event programming;
  • Designed and procured Memphis Rise Academy High School first and founding library built on principles of diversity and accessibility levels for all students;
