Accomplishments
* From 2006 till 2010, i was worked in Vestas RRB Ltd at Palladam Site as Junior Engineer, earned experience in Vestas RRB turbines V 47 500 KW and 600 kW Turbines operations and trouble shooting work.
* i joined in this organization on 23-04-2011 as Junior Engineer at site for monitoring the performance of wind turbine generators, performance tracking.
* During 2014 i was promoted as Dy. Manager - Operation Support to coordinate the site engineers and as well OEM's such as Suzlon etc.
* On 22-01-2025, Operation & Maintenance has started at Leap Green Energy Pvt Ltd for the WTG's of V 47 500 KW and 600 KW turbines, total turbines are 36 at both regions Coimbatore and Tirunelveli
* i was the first person in the team which was established for the in-house O&M
* During 2021-22, 750 KW, NEG micon WTG's 11 were added into the fleet for operation and maintenance
* i was promoted as Manager and Sr. Manager during subsequent years
* During 2023, i was promoted as AGM - Operational Support, at present, i am handling 28.15 MW, in terms of 47 turbines are under operational with Operation and Maintenance.
* i am handling 19 engineers at present
* To ease the work at site, i have migrated critical documents from hard copy to e-documents such as checklist for WTG's, PPE's etc..
* Cost / unit yearly is maintained from 0.65 paise to 0.70 paise
* WTG availability is maintained above 98% year
wise except major MBD
* Apart from OEM manual, SOP for task specific activities prepared and trained the site team
* Safety Culture has developed at site level in terms of achieving Zero High Risk Incident
