  • Maintain majority maintenance in the city's recreation facility, including electrical, plumbing, and very rarely minor HVAC work. With that, we also have the largest outdoor pool in the Middle Tennessee area, and I regularly worked with the aquatics department in order to upkeep our community pool.

This opportunity not only challenged me to lead beyond expectations but also laid the foundation for a results-driven leadership style rooted in accountability, innovation, and team development.
