As a Superintendent for W&O, for the last 2 yrs in Tennessee, I have been overseeing sewer pump stations, sewer rehab projects and currently a new 15 million$ Water treatment plant in McMinnville Tennessee. I oversee a crew of between 3-15 and subcontractors from masonry tradesmen, Electricians, Plumbers, welders and Iron workers. Along with the crew duties, operating heavy equipment and cranes, I have bi-weekly progress meetings with the customer, engineer and company owners. I oversee concrete pours, rebar deliveries, material deliveries, subcontractors and shut downs with the customer. Building this project while keeping the existing plant operational has been easier due to all the accessibility issues I was involved in at the State Capitol project in Oregon for Hoffman.

• Reviewed design specifications critically for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they escalated into costly delays or rework situations.

• As a Field Superintendent for Hoffman structures on the Oregon State Capitol Seismic Retrofit Project, I managed 20+ subcontractors across demolition, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural concrete, drilling and interior build back operations on complex historic seismic retrofit phase 2 of the State Capitol structural upgrade project while overseeing the start up of the phase 3 of the historic seismic retrofit project exceeding 500 million dollars. Keeping a 4 week schedule based off the contract schedule, updating each week. Morning meetings with the subcontractor leads as to where they are with the new schedule and keeping their input as to update the schedule. Coordinating with the engineers, design team architects and the owner, for shut downs, area closures and any extra items the owners group needed along with project updates.
• Oversaw daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Lead daily operations for the job services crew, secured workplace safety, provided Historic finishes protection for the items in the State Capitol building that couldn’t be removed. Site navigation and logistics to support daily operations of space functions.
• Supervised daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinated workforce schedules, optimizing resource allocation for increased productivity.

• Delivered OSHA compliant safety and equipment training nationwide for construction and delivery personnel including safety courses and equipment training. Safety Courses -OSHA mandated coursework consisted of a wide range from forklifts, crane operations, aerial lifts, rigging/signaling, confined space entry and competent person courses. Evaluated operator proficiency, jobsite compliance and safe operating procedures across multiple construction sectors.

• As a Foreman for Western Utility, it was my duties to line out the crews for the daily/weekly schedule. Work ranged from multi-family home dig outs to connecting utilities. During my time with Western Utilities, I was the foreman on the 4 million dollar Merlo Station Apartment complex in Beaverton, Oregon. Part of my job was to schedule the site prep, concrete pours, framers, rough in inspections and landscaping.
