Accomplishments
After retiring from the Military, I wanted a chance to decompress, to transition not only careers but mindsets. I did that first by completing a Thru-hike of the Appalachian trail in 2019. The 2,192 miles from Georgia to Maine took nearly 7 months to walk, and was as healing as I had hoped it to be.
