My goals are to climb the ladder and strive for greatness, by helping my peers, customer, or whomever I may be helping to strive to get better with any of their needs or problems. I try to create an environment with a friendly, outgoing personality, so people can enjoy coming to work and knowing if they need anything they can come to me. Knowing the right trained and safe environment can make or break the difference in how you or your peers work and act. I believe by climbing up I can promote, improve, and strive to make the company succeed in any challenges it may come across.
