  • I started in the company as just a server in our in-house bar, Peyton Manning’s Saloon 16. After our first football season, I wanted to dive deeper in hospitality. As the Guest Service Manager, I ensure all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Resolve complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally. Supervise front desk, concierge, bell staff, and other customer-facing teams. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to coordinate guest needs. Operational tasks include forecasting, budgeting, ordering and scheduling. As a celebrity endorsed hotel, I work closely with all VIPs- coordinating reservations, parties and I am their on-site contact for any needs throughout their stay/event.

  • 2022- Promoted to Front Office Supervisor + ran Housekeeping 2 days a week- creating boards, cleaning/inspecting/flipping rooms.
  • 2022-2025, Promoted same year to Guest Service Manager + VIP Liaison.
