When I was with Ledbetter Htg & Air I performed installs, running gas lines, and service on residential systems. I left Ledbetter due to not having any opportunitiesto progress further. I found Cherokee Group and was hired on as a service technician, I perform planned maintenance on systems ranging from small residential units to large commercial properties. I make a strong effort to perform service in a timely manner to keep customers happy and give detailed reports using our tablets. I have my type 3 epa certification and have taken several online classes and received certifications for ice machines and refrigeration. I am still looking to expand and have opportunities to further my career in this industry as I am very passionate and love this line of work.
