Analysis Patient Accounting and other sub systems for impact components associated with any program update
Leads small group of offshore developers. Responsible for reviewing/editing/updating Mainframe COBOL, JCL, and PROC Components for system enhancement based on business Requirements (Agile Lifecycle)
Creating and Reviewing Changeman Packages prior to Sharing with the Code Migration Team for install.
Primary areas of work for the Patient Accounting application include making changes/enhancements to the Regulatory process and coding/editing Bill Alerts
Analysis and Resolve tickets logged in Service Central, which are related to the functionality of the Patient Accounting application
Assists the Code Migration Team for any data review/issues With the Regroup process
Updates Patient Accounting programs associated with the Facility Regroup process.
Updates Patient Accounting programs associated with the Facility Regroup process.
Updates Patient Accounting Vsam files, and tables for Go live Activity. Also assist Code Migration team if there are any issues
Provide 24/7 system support for Z/OS batch jobs
Review Zeke Scheduler for job scheduling or to confirm cause of delay in the batch process.
Assists the Audit Team with any Functionality explanation or data share regarding the Patient Accounting Application.
Analysis and Resolve tickets logged in Service Central, which are related to the functionality of the Patient Accounting application
Write SQL queries to retrieve/update data from relational database based on business requirement.
Developed and Implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Regroup/Relog process, and other processes for Patient Accounting application
Lead informative Call with Colleagues regarding the SOPs
