• Utilize Arc GIS in various forms including but not limited to highlighting features and species concerns within project limits; obtaining construction project clearance; creating tables containing protected species information to coordinate efforts with other agencies including Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA), Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Division of Natural Areas, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
• Coordinate with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to determine jurisdiction of features on roadway projects.
• Prepare Environmental Boundaries Reports utilized in the planning of transportation projects.
