With my team we curated a beautiful dining experience for guests, including prompt and exceptional service despite the fast paced working environment.

AP was floor runner where from open to close I would keep every station stocked and prepared for our high-volume output. A mostly 'behind the scenes' job, keeping the wheels of business in motion.

As part of the 'wait staff', our entire front of house shared and cycled through roles; bussing, hosting, and serving our guests. I would greet the guests, debrief them on our menu, serve them throughout their meals doing everything with 'Disney-style' professionalism.
