• Coach & train executive clients in EIQ (emotional intelligence) method & techniques in order to grasp root issues of blocks & barriers to achievable goals.
• Work with clients to attain a sustainable work/life balance.
• Coach & train clients in building active listening skills & techniques in order to facilitate effective communication.
• Coach & train clients in building communication skills to facilitate relationship building and managing both up and down.
• Work with clients to help identify non-productive codependent behavior.
• Work with clients to set up BPG's (big picture goals) for the coaching engagement that excite and motivate them.
• Coach clients through difficult, often emotionally triggering, situations both professionally & personally.
• Hold clients accountable for holding themselves accountable for completing assignments, meeting deadlines, and achieving results they themselves put at stake in prior coaching sessions.
• Facilitate team meetings dealing with conflict resolution, morale building, goal setting, accountability, management, and/or motivation.
