-Processing high-volume cash and credit card transactions daily with consistent accuracy

- Delivering outstanding customer service to diverse clientele, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

- Training new team members, showing them how to use a POS system, teaching the policies and procedures, and showing the best practices for customer service.
