• Ensured consistent high-quality output by conducting thorough inspections using various gauging techniques.

Conducted brake tests on finished cars and trucks using a computerized roller system. Preformed wheel alignment, engine checks, and headlight adjustments prior to final inspection.

Inspected parts marked as scrap to determine salvageability and reworked production parts as needed. Transitioned to PQA, Product Quality Assurance where I was trained in static and dynamic inspection methods. Subsequently tested finished cars on the test track logging any defects observed during test drives before moving to Brake Test Wheel Alignment.

Responsible for facilitating customer test drives, presentations, and final sales. Collaborated with management as necessary, achieving top sales performance 2 consecutive months.

Engaged in new car sales, establishing client relationships through test drives, presentations, and final sales. Participated in weekly training sessions focused on closing the final sale.

• room equipment and CNC operations. Quality Tool was a job shop, allowing for diverse work in dies, molds, fixtures as well as custom precision machining and grinding. Collaborated with management on quotes and ensured timely deliveries.
