• Successfully recruited physicians for Family Practice, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Cardiology, Urology, Radiology, and Neurology.
• Improved Leapfrog Hospital Safety Score from F(2012) to B(2017)
• Expanded the geriatric behavioral health inpatient service resulting in $300,000 additional net revenue.
• Reduced employee turnover rate from 33% to 16%.
• Established a clinical partnership with St. Mary’s Hospital(Evansville, IN.) which will enable the hospital to enhance several service lines such as Nephrology, Urology, Oncology, Cardiology, and Orthopedics.
