  • Mentored new rodmen and new hires on construction drawings, the use of total stations, proper fundamental layout skills, time management, and multiple computer programs.
  • Project Managment- Tracking Job Quantities, ordering concrete, helping maintain dates for the rebar delivery schedule, maintain proper documentation of returns of form work suppliers and writing RfI's.
  • 3D Modeling in addition to creating easy to read field use layout drawings, gathering and plotting data for as-builts.
  • Set site control and transfer an accurate benchmark job use. Re-Establishing control lines on post-stress slabs.
  • Grading scaffold, column-hung tables, columns, as well as plumbing columns 40+ feet and Cranes over 1,000 vertical feet.
