Worked with 45 broker partners located across the country to not only implement and utilize an HRIS/Payroll software, but also looked for areas for improvement and efficiency across their books of business. On top of managing and maintaining relationships with these brokers, I also worked to upsell our various other products and services on meetings with CEOs, CFOs and other executive level team members. Another piece is having to work to trouble shoot and solve any problem that one of my partners runs into on the system as I get on average 40 support tickets a day.

Worked with the team I was apart of and with issues reported by stakeholders on Jira to manage, update, and create dashboards with PowerBI and Teradata.

Worked with SQL issues, created standardization documents, and standardized many things across all of the dashboard, such as slicers, help pages, and access.

Managed shipments and inventory when packages came in.

Put together machines, did paperwork, and organized all the pieces for the programmers.

Delivered machines to customers and worked with them hands on.

Oversaw rigorous practice sessions to enhance individual skills and team gameplay.

Prepared athletes for games with well-coordinated schedule of practices and individual training.

Encouraged team members to become stronger, more agile athletes and more successful competitors through focus, effective training and proper nutrition.
