I am associated with Tata Consultancy Services for the last 3 years. I’m having 3.5+ years of experience on IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE). My current role is System Administrator in Tata Consultancy Services. Started the services as Assistance System Engineer – Trainee and leading the services for last 2 years. Handled from due diligence state to steady state and off-shored the services completely. Reviewing the deliverables and delivering the project in time. Prioritize issues raised and resolved it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major services issues. Worked on IIB V10 upgrades and provided support for migration from IIB V10 to ACE V12. Experience in Configuring, Administration and Maintenance of IBM WebSphere Message Broker IIB V10 and App Connect Enterprise ACE V12. Worked on Message flow deployments, creating the configuration files and investigating the issues reported on IIB. Knowledge on creating, configuring the broker, configuration manager and deploying the message flows. Troubleshooting and Managing IBM WebSphere MQ queues, channels, listeners and dead letter queues. Created Technical/Functional documents for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.   • Company Overview: TCS Plaftorm Services team is responsible to provide end to end operational and Administration activities from IBM MQ/IIB, Kafka, Websphere Weblogic and MFT/IFT services.
  • Supporting the CN Middleware Services as TCS SME for IIB(ACE) Environments.
  • Currently upgrading the ACE V12.0.12.11 on Linux servers.
  • Administration of MQ objects using MQSC, MQ control commands in both Linux and AIX environments.
