- I've accumulated numerous skill sets from the menial tasks of a new hire to now as the Maintenance Manager
- As a Furnace Operator, my job responsibilities included keeping molten iron ready for the production lines, monitoring the temperature and chemical makeup, overseeing and helping complete repairs to company equipment
- As Lead-Man, I directed the men in my department to insure all duties were preformed safely and efficiently
- In August of 2013, I was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager where, due to employee attrition, I was forces to learn on the fly
- After less than 3 months, I was in charge of the Department and my list of duties included:
- Coordinating and cooperating with the 12 people in my department and numerous off site contractors
